Give Up, Train Up, Double Up - 2026

Give Up, Train Up, Double Up is back…

Last Lent we invited you to prayerfully consider giving up something and, with the money saved, to train up the next generation of Christian leaders in Burundi. The money was then matched and together we raised over £4000! What an amazing way to celebrate Easter!

This year, we have been generously pledged up to £4000 to run another match fund campaign! God is so good! Could you join us again this year and spread the word?

Give Up, Train Up, Double Up!

Give Up! What could you give up this Lent as you seek to deepen your relationship with God?

Train Up! Help us provide much needed Scholarships to train up the next generation of Christian leaders in Burundi, through the money you saved.

…now Double Up! With every £1 you save and donate another will be given to Love Burundi, up to the total of £4000! Together we could raise up to £8000 and invest in life transforming Christian education in Burundi!

But please don’t feel limited to ‘Give Up’ ideas - you may want to take something on or run a fundraising event and get your donations doubled that way, that would be amazing too!

Please could you also pray for the success of this campaign, we have students who depend on it.

Lent this year starts on the 18 February,

Easter is the 5th April 2026.
